Nothing like a relaxing weekend at the cabin! We had a great time spending the weekend in Ronald with lots of family and good food.

Here comes trouble...
Just another day on the job.
This was the only way I was able to finishe the dishes. Allowing Braeden to clear out the two bottom shelves of the pantry. It did force me to take inventory and organize which is a good thing! Very entertaining as well!
Have I ever mentioned the kid likes to eat? This is after a good meal of chili.
Seriouly he makes me laugh and pull my hair out every day now. Starting to say "what's this" so there is no turning back. Loves to give sissy kisses which is so cute. I am so excited to watch their relationship grow. Having them so close together really throws it in your face just how fast they grow the first year and a half. To go from crying and eating to walking, talking, crying and eating is pretty amazing. It was a fun week and as I write that I am reminded how time flies. Thought I would have so much time being a stay at home mom, but the days and weeks fly by just as fast if not more so. Can't believe it is fall already. I LOVE fall and have lots of fun projects planned to keep the kiddos busy!
Miss Ainsley
Loves her swing!
Trying to gain control of those arms as I mention below.
Little Miss is getting so big. So smiley and responsive. Starting to make some noise. You could really tell she was trying to get control of her arms and legs this past week. So fun watching her grow. Had her two month check up on Tuesday and man she is long. Length went from 19.69 to 23 something(can't find the sheet from the pediatrician at the moment). Fun to watch her and Braeden iteract.
She is starting to sleep a pretty long stretch anywhere from 8pm to 2am. Man am I looking forward to a full nights sleep! Can't complain, she is such a good baby. Will post pics from last weekend at the cabin later, but it was so nice to have a weekend to really dote on her. Aside from night time sleep she was being held at all times by one family member or another.

Broden's birthday on Bainbridge Island
Keep forgetting that the photos upload opposite of how I select so this is actually the last pic I took as we were about to board the ferry leaving Bainbridge. What a great day!
Dave, Braeden, Cory and Hudson playing in the water. Really a beautiful day!

September Evening in the Garden with Grandma and Grandpa
Mini Vans
So yes we have decided to purchase a mini van. HA! Pretty sure I am eating crow once again as I seem to recall stating I would NEVER own a mini van. Deciding between the Honda and Toyota. Looks like the Honda is going to win. We visited both dealerships this evening ending at Toyota. The evening was ended when Braeden decided to grab the salesman Peter's elbow skin. Dave immediately grabbed B and made sure we were on our way. While waiting for Dave to get our car back, which they were apraising for trade in, Braeden took an enormous crap which I discovered when I went to pull his diaper open to see and got more than I bargained for by acidentally touching poo. Seriously?!? This is right up there with the Jiffy Lube blow out which also required a puppy piddle pad and trunk diaper change. Another sign that we are ready for a mini van!

So much for my resolution
Geeze, nice resolution I made. So much has happened since I last wrote. I am now the mother of two and have become a full time house manager. I am hoping to start writing more just so I can remember all of the things I think I will never forget. Ainsley has started smiling which just warms your heart. Braeden is in full blown terror mode. His accomplishments for yesterday were squatting and peeing on the bathroom mat before his bath, throwing a remote control in my direction and getting into EVERYTHING he is not supposed to. Hands in the toilet check, knives out of the dishwasher check, cutting finger on mommies leg razor check check. He keeps me BUSY! His favorite comfort aside from his binky(and sissy's) is grabbing elbow skin. He actually says "elbow peez". Wonder if/when he will grow out of that?!?
Well, Ainsley is sleeping and I should be too. The house is quiet! Will try to post pics tomorrow. Have some great shots from the garden with grandma and grandpa last week, our trip to Spokane and Bainbridge Island for Broden's birthday
